Sirloin Steak -- from Grain-Finished Beef

A great cut of meat! This steak comes from the top hind quarter right beneath and above the Tenderloin, cut 1 inch thick as boneless or with that flavorful bone. Very lean and flavorful, these are best grilled or broiled to medium rare. A grain-finished steak harvested from our beef, finished on our own farm-raised corn and forages!
