Ground Beef -- from Grain-Finished Beef
The cadillac of hamburger! Amazingly lean ground beef! Our customers rave about the quality! The meat in each ground beef package will come from one specific animal, unlike a grocery store ground beef package, which can contain meat from hundreds of animals. Ours is generally 85-95% lean and comes vacuum packed, frozen, and loose in 1 pound packages. Not only is the beef raised right here on the family farm, but the non-gmo corn and forages to finish them are raised by us personally right here on the farm as well!
