When you complete your order, you will see a confirmation message on our website. If you do not see that confirmation, then your order has not been received. You will also receive a confirmation email upon completing your order. If you don't get it, please be sure to check your spam folder. It should be there somewhere.
When you place a meat order, it is for an "average" size of that cut or bundle. Many cuts vary in size, so they may not be an "average" weight, which will affect your total amount due. Your specific cuts will be collected, and the actual weights finalized and totaled for you before your pick up or delivery. We will contact you with the pick up or delivery information.
We do take credit/debit cards online and in the farm store for all purchases. However, we do have a 3.5% upcharge for credit/debit cards. To avoid fees, you are welcome to pay with cash or check at the time of pick up or delivery.
When you place a bulk order, we will let you know your target harvest date for your meats. When it gets closer to harvest time, we will put you in contact with our butcher shop, who will walk you through cutting and packaging your order. They will make sure that you get each section of meat cut the way that you want it. Feel free to ask our butcher plenty of questions, if you have them! Once the meat is ready, we will let you know the total for the meat and processing, and will arrange pick up or delivery of your meats.

After you order online and once your order is ready, you can choose to:
Order online any time for pickup at our farm in Monon, IN. We will contact you to arrange a pickup time that's convenient. If you have a specific pickup date and/or time in mind, please let us know in the comment section of the online order form. Our farm store hours are Monday through Thursday from 9am to 3pm, Friday from 9am to 4pm, and Saturday 10am to 2pm.
When you place an order, you can meet us every two weeks (specific dates and times available at checkout) for neighborhood delivery to West Lafayette, Lafayette, Zionsville, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, Valparaiso, Merrillville, Crown Point, St. John, Schererville, Hammond, or Whiting. Our Neighborhood Drop-off is currently made in a public parking lot (specified on that delivery page). The neighborhood drop-off fee is $10, whether you order one pound of ground beef or a whole beef.

How safe and private is the ordering process?
The information you provide to us when ordering is completely private. We don't share it with anyone. If you order by credit card, we never see or store your credit card information. It is ported directly to our secure credit card processor. When your order is finalized, your credit card information is deleted.
Please tell others in your neighborhood about our service. The more customers there are in your area, the easier it is for us to keep your delivery costs low. Anyone you know can order as long as they live in the delivery area or can meet us at that the delivery location and time. We rely on word of mouth advertising to expand our business! Thank you!
