Hickory Smoked Ham (Holy Cow Farm Fresh)

HAM--Whole and Half hams are smoked with the flavorful bone-in.Boneless smoked ham roasts are smaller around 2 to 3 pounds each. A ham butt is the bottom end of the ham, and a ham shank is the top end of a ham. Each ham is smoked and cured with a hickory flavor. Ham steaks are thick smoked slices of ham cut from a whole or a half ham. They have a flavorful bone and are cut 1/2" thick with 1 per package. Ham Hocks (Holy Cow Farm Fresh)

Ham hocks are great in the crock pot with sauerkraut! These are one of Our Family's favorite for Ham and Beans! They are the lower segment of the pig that corresponds to the ankle or calf region. Hocks are not fatty but can be made tender from all the collagen that breaks down during cooking. These hocks come both fresh and hickory smoked and also smaller cut, for your convenience!
