Our Pasture-Raised PORK is raised outside in the Fresh Air and Sunshine, with shelter available during harsh weather. The pigs enjoy wooded pasture grasses and feast on acorns and hickory nuts, as well as our own farm mixture of non-gmo feed.

Pulled Pork Heaven--A fresh pork shoulder roast is not cured or smoked and has a higher fat content than other cuts of pork. It does well when slow cooked in the oven, causing the meat to become fall-apart tender. When finished cooking, it's great as is or used in a variety of recipes.
