Grain-Finished Beef Steaks
Get ready for the Most Savory Grain-Finished Beef Steaks on the market! They are Tender and Great-Tasting! Our customers rave about them! Beef & Corn raised here on the farm! Most steaks are cut 1 inch thick, except the filet which is 1 1/2 inch thick! However, we do offer some 1.5" and 2" cut steaks!
|Porterhouse Steak -- from Grain-Finished Beef (Holy Cow Farm Fresh)|
Bone in and right on in flavor and tenderness! The Porterhouse is kind of a composite steak coming from the point where the tenderloin and top loin meet. It's like an over-sized T-Bone steak and has much more of the tenderloin relative to the loin portion. If you remove the bone, you will get a tenderloin steak and a New York Strip Steak. This is an excellent choice for the hearty eater, while being extremely tender and flavorful! A grain-finished steak harvested from our beef, finished on our own farm-raised corn and forages!

One of our favorite steaks! These are boneless, tender steaks from the hind quarter of the beef. This is a lean steak, typically cut 1-inch thick, that contains the loin muscle and is best grilled to medium rare. Come 1 or 2 steaks per package!
